When I set foot in Yokohama for the first time, it was August 12, 2024, and I just finished 5 days in Okinawa with my family! The weather in Yokohama was definitely still hot but seemed a little easier to sustain. Umbrellas and our portable fans were still used constantly, however, during the night, there would be times where it would actually feel pretty decent to walk outside without anything else to keep us cool. Days where it would rain or there is a slight thunderstorm, it was still very warm, though, there was a lot more of a breeze to keep us cooler!
